There are millions of different configurations of computers on the market. If you have problems running the software, the answer may be a simple e-mail or phone call away. Our professional and trained support staff have a great deal of knowledge and are happy to help out when you need it.

Un-install Code
As part of the refund process you may be asked to provide us with an un-install code to show that our software has been removed from your computer. Detailed instructions will be provided in order to generate this code. A refund will not be given without it.
