Demo Versions
Each of our programs has a demo version which allows you to test the software and transfer a small amount of data to the new computer. Please try the demo version before you purchase the software to ensure that you are purchasing exactly what you need. Accidental & Fraudulent Purchases
We have a number of products that serve a number of similar, but different programs. If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product of ours, we will be happy to make an exchange for the appropriate product of the same price. However, since we do offer a demo version of each of our products we do not issue refunds for accidental purchases. Any unauthorized or fraudulent purchase will need to be reported to your PayPal, Bank, or Credit Card company.
Refunds & Returns
Prior to authorizing any return, we require that you work with our well-trained support staff. Please review our online Support pages for possible solutions or submit a Support Ticket. Our support staff is quick to respond and will either answer your e-mail the same day or next business day. If the issue is not resolvable then we will gladly provide a full refund for the purchase price.
